Join me, Chantal, and Krystle (Banyan Tree Women’s Collective instructor) for a morning of grounding practices to soothe the mind, body and spirit. We will focus on mindfulness, reducing stress, alignment of the physical body and calming of the nervous system using meditation, breathwork, yoga, sound, journaling and therapeutic somatic healing practices. Hot tea and light snacks will be offered. This is an in-person event only with limited spaces, please register only if you plan to attend.
Please bring your yoga mat and blanket if you tend to get cold. Mats are available onsite to use if needed. We also welcome you to bring a bolster or pillow as we will be on the floor.
It is suggested that you bring anything that will help you be comfortable for an extended time sitting/laying on the floor. Please bring:
Yoga Mat (we will have a limited supply for use onsite)
Layers (it can be chilly in the morning)
Water Bottle and/or Travel Mug (water refill station onsite, we will offer hot tea as well)
Bolsters/Pillows for support
Journal and pen
