A healthy lifestyle is the foundation of the Ayurvedic path towards optimal health and well-being. Having a daily routine creates stability and promotes vitality into our lives. While no one routine is perfect for everyone you will learn about individual practices and how to adapt each based on your unique mind-body constitution. I will demonstrate how to do tongue scraping, oil pulling, using a neti pot, eye wash, abhyanga/self massage with oil, dry brushing, and some simple breath-work practices. Creating and following a daily routine is an act of self-love. Come and love yourself! This class will be held online via Zoom. You must register for the Zoom link. Class is free and in partnership with nonprofit Banyan Tree Women's Collective.
