Ayurvedic Living for Summer

Let’s get ready for summertime (Pitta season)! Ayurveda teaches us is to live in harmony with nature’s cycles and adjust our daily habits and routines to do so. Summer is when our digestion is at its weakest so we must adjust what we are eating to ensure healthy strong digestion in the hotter months. I’ll be discussing foods and spices to keep you cool, best times to exercise and which exercises to avoid, along with other diet and lifestyle habits to stay hydrated, cool, and balanced all summer long.
