Let’s make breakfasts together! In this workshop we will be making two different breakfasts, a quinoa porridge and a smoothie, but through an Ayurvedic lens. We will learn how to make modifications to make each breakfast suitable for all mind-body constitutions. Bonus: a fun masala coffee recipe (gentler on the tummy than plain coffee).
